A work-in-progress, its all about how we routinely fictionalize our experiences, how we write stories of ourselves and convince others to publish them. There'll also probably be some dancing and props and a tactlessly callous lack of emotional pay-off.

Jordan Brookes is a human person. He has been doing comedy for about 4 years, and in that time has had the great privilege of being able to perform alongside people who are better than him and have been on telly. He loves nothing more than sitting on a chair doing nothing, and hates nothing more than to be caught sitting on a chair doing nothing.

He scowls too much and smiles too little. Everything he does is in defiance of the urge to run into the sea. Jordan also writes things and occasionally makes short films, though often instead of making anything just sits on a chair imagining people talking about brilliant it was.

“With a complexity and depth of subject matter, Brookes can not only take you with him on a jaunt through his bizarre yet sympathetically compelling day-to-day forays, but can ply you with own brand of cultured insanity until you feel almost proud to be part of the human race” - Cardiff Comedy Festival.

“well crafted comedy genius of an awkward loner..welcome to his comedy world.
If there is any justice in this world he should make it big. Love this guy!” -
Lee Sigurson, Glee Club Cardiff
